Past groups to Bimini wired and painted a church, repaired computers, worked in a day care, taught sports camps, and made speeches in the All Age School on topics relevant to students. Work projects will be determined by the skill sets and interests of participants, along with needs on the island at that time. With each visit Bimini has grown on us. One of the island's quotes is "You'll always come back."

During your off times you can visit the nearby beach, explore the island by walking or riding a golf cart, arrange with locals to take you fishing, snorkeling around a sunken ship, or even swimming with dolphins!

In comparison to the commercial islands in the Bahamas, Bimini is off the typical tourist map. It is so small that the large ocean liners do not stop. Tourists either fly in or arrive on their own boats. During the weekends the island can be relatively full of tourists. During the week the island is rather quiet. The quaintness of it all makes for a unique experience.

Experience shows that each team member is gifted differently. When all volunteer to the best of their abilities, an effective team is born! You'll make new friends within the group and on the island.
